A Little About Me I was raised by
my mother who struggled staying off public assistance while I was growing up and always stressed the importance of education.
I put myself through college and upon graduating I returned to the Chicago area. After meeting my wife and expecting
our first child we looked for a place to call home with wonderful neighbors, schools and special needs programs (knowing we
would have a child that required special needs). I am your neighbor, your friend, a concerned
citizen. Like many of you, I am a parent who cares about the education of their children. My desire to be an informed
parent has grown into a passion to serve my community, the parents and the children of District 204. Three
plus years ago I started attending school board meetings to learn more about IPSD 204. In that time I have dedicated
those years to learning IPSD's finances, operations, school governance and current issues. I feel I can have a positive
impact as a school board member and on our childrens' future. I hope to earn your vote on
